Construction
Our construction team and subcontractors are known for their highly skilled trade to ensure maximum quality. All our superstructures are done in-house. The basis of superior products starts with the tolerances on the superstructure. Our subcontractors and labour used have been working with us for over 20 years.
Quantity Surveying
Our quantity surveyors collectively have experience of over 30 years. We keep our clients up to date on a monthly basis of all costs, variation orders etc. Therefore our clients know at all times what their project is costing up until completion.
Project Management
Time is money – Our highly professional project managers are there to ensure that our clients know on a monthly basis if the project is on track.
Interior Design
Our interior design team are known for the depth of our briefing sessions. They listen with great care to the clients' wants, needs, likes, dislikes and dreams for their new interior masterpiece. It is our task to assess, interpret and analyse every bit of detail and return with amazing original ideas that not only maximise the brief but also exceed the expectations within budget.
Estate Management
Our estate management department offers a complete turnkey service to manage and complete estate functions from financial, security and maintenance.
